Rigatoni al Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 6 persons:
500g rigatoni, 50g butter, 200g Gorgonzola cheese, 200g fresh cream, 50g grated Gran Padano cheese, salt, a pinch of freshly milled pepper.

Utensils:
a saucepan, a sauté pan, an oven dish, a small wooden spoon.

Method:
1. Cook the rigatoni in plenty of salted water.

2. In a sauté pan, melt the butter and while the rigatoni are cooking, add the gorgonzola cheese as well as a few tablespoonfuls of the pasta's cooking water. Leave to melt over a low heat and then add the cream and a pinch of pepper.

3. Drain the rigatoni, pour into the sauté dish, sprinkle with the Parmigiano cheese and mix thoroughly. Pour into the oven dish and serve immediately.
