La BOTTEGA MONDAY PASTA SOCIAL CLUB - CAVATELLI: Pasta Demo, Dinner & Wine. The perfect way to start the week. Enjoy a classic antipasto as La BOTTEGA resident Chef Isabelle Larocque takes you through the steps of preparing CAVATELLI from scratch. Cavatelli are a short pasta that looks a little bit like a shells. Each piece of pasta has a hollow which perfectly captures the sauce for optimum flavour. The pasta will then be tossed in a seasonal zucchini sauce - it is the season after all! Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew will be pairing three Italian wines that will transport you to a trattoria somewhere along the coast. Only 16 seats.

- Three Course Dinner: Antipasto, Fresh Cavatelli with zucchini sauce, and something sweet to finish
- Three glasses of wine (4oz.) each
- Pasta demonstration
