La BOTTEGA MONDAY PASTA SOCIAL CLUB - ORECCHIETTE: Pasta Demo, Dinner & Wine. The perfect way to start the week. Enjoy a classic antipasto as La BOTTEGA resident Chef Isabelle Larocque takes you through the steps of preparing the perfect ORECCHIETTE pasta from scratch, discusses the history of this Pugliese pasta shape "little ear" in Italian, then sit down to dinner with the group. Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew will be pairing three Italian wines perfect for summer and that pair perfectly with the pasta. Only 16 seats.
On the menu:
- Dinner: Antipasto, a Pugliese pasta featuring Orecchiette and something sweet to finish
- Three glasses of wine (4oz.) each
