La BOTTEGA MONDAY PASTA SOCIAL CLUB - THE RAVIOLO: Pasta Demo, Dinner & Wine. The perfect way to start the week. Enjoy a classic antipasto as La BOTTEGA resident Chef Isabelle Larocque takes you through the steps of preparing the perfect RAVIOLO from scratch. It will be filled with the most delicate egg yolk and ricotta filling. Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew will be pairing three Italian wines perfect for summer and that pair perfectly with the pasta. Only 16 seats.
On the menu:
- Dinner: Antipasto, Egg Yolk and Ricotta Raviolo in seasonal sauce, and something sweet to finish
- Three glasses of wine (4oz.) each
- Pasta demonstration
- Take home recipe
