To make an authentic Bellini, you need to go to the source, Harry's Bar in Venice, where Giuseppe Cipriani first mixed peach and prosecco to make the now classic cocktail which never fails to evoke summer.
Cipriani has created its own non alcoholic white-peach purée Bellini mix which turns the drink the colour of sunset. Mixed with Prosecco it becomes the closest thing you'll taste to the original peach Bellini of Harry's Bar. (4 bottles - 180 ml each)
