La BOTTEGA MONDAY PASTA SOCIAL CLUB - GNOCCHI: Pasta Demo, Dinner & Wine. The perfect way to start the week. Enjoy a classic antipasto as La BOTTEGA resident Chef Isabelle Larocque takes you through the steps of preparing GNOCCHI from scratch. Potato gnocchi are tender, fluffy, and easier to make than you may think! Four basic pantry ingredients and a light touch are all it takes to make this iconic Italian dish. The pasta will then be tossed in a seasonal sauce. Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew will be pairing three Italian wines that pair perfectly with the beginning of fall. Only 16 seats.

- Three Course Dinner: Antipasto, Fresh Gnocchi in a seasonal sauce, and something sweet to finish
- Three glasses of wine (4oz.) each
