Shipping & Returns
Products are shipped from La Bottega Fine Food Shop located at 64 George Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1N 5V9, Canada. Product packaging/labels are not always exactly as shown.
Shipping costs will be shown on the shopping cart before you check out. With PayPal Express, customers are first taken to the PayPal page. This is where you securely input credit card information and billing/shipping address, we then calculate which shipping rates are applicable. You will not be charged anything until you agree to the Canada Post shipping rate and total cost.
We always take our time to properly pack all items safely so they will not arrive damaged. In the rare circumstance merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of receipt at email@example.com or call us at 613.789.7575 and provide your order number and the product name.
In case of a return. Securely pack items and seal the package. Please return via Canada Post and be sure to insure the shipment for its full value. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number; this is your proof of shipment if the product is lost or damaged. You are responsible for both the initial and return shipping costs. We do not accept collect or postage-due shipments.
If you bring your return or exchange item to our retail store, no shipping and handling fees apply.
For shipping outside of Canada, please be mindful of your local shipping regulations in case of unexpected delays. Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to Duties, National taxes and/or Brokerage fees. Please be aware that the customer is solely responsible for any of these additional charges.
