We are pleased to welcome Niklas Hofstätter who will be with us to share the story of his family’s winery – from vineyards high in the Dolomites to those just 23 metres above sea level in Trentino. A fifth-generation winemaker, he brings both international experience and deep-rooted tradition, carrying his family’s legacy forward while shaping its future.
