Aperitivo in the DOLOMITES with FORADORI - Monday November 2nd
Join us at La Bottega for a special Aperitivo Hour with Foradori, one of the most celebrated wineries of northern Italy.
Visiting us from Trentino is Theo Zierock, son of Elisabetta Foradori and part owner, ambassador and export manager of the family winery. Theo will guide us through a tasting of Foradori wines, sharing the story of the estate, its deep connection to the Dolomites and its thoughtful, low-intervention approach to winemaking.
Best known for bringing renewed attention to the native Teroldego grape, Foradori has become a benchmark for expressive, terroir-driven Italian wine.
Come taste, learn and spend an evening with one of Italy’s most exciting wine families — La Bottega style, with good wine, aperitivo snacks and plenty of conversation.
This is a seated tasting. Includes 6 premium wines, conversation and antipasti.
