
Dinner in Sunny Puglia with Chef Cristian Lepore. Puglia’s Salento boasts gorgeous beaches, lush farmland, ornate churches, and ancient ruins. It’s also home to many of the foods Italy is famous for! Its deeply - rooted cucina povera tradition means its cuisine tends to be simple and delicious, relying on fresh, local produce. It's also the home of BURRATA. Born outside of Rome but with family roots in Puglia, Chef Cristian Lepore will be cooking a traditional dinner for us. Demonstration cooking class paired with wines from Puglia. Only 16 seats.
