CACIO E PEPE: Pasta Demo, Dinner & Wine. The perfect way to start the week. Enjoy a classic antipasto as La BOTTEGA resident Chef Isabelle Larocque takes you through the steps of preparing the perfect cacio e pepe pasta, discusses the history of the dish then sit down to dinner with the group. Learn how this Roman pasta made with Pecorino cheese and black pepper is the perfect weeknight dinner solution. Larissa Beznaczuk-Smyrnew will be pairing three Italian wines perfect for spring and that pair perfectly with the pasta...a sparkling, white and red. Only 16 seats.
