For the very first time in our La BOTTEGA kitchen, we’re excited to host Chef Mitch Lacombe from the beloved Gitanes restaurant alongside Diego Corrado of the renowned Prà winery in Veneto. Get ready - the famous Crab Spaghetti will be on the menu!
Prà is an organic gem nestled in Italy’s Veneto region, crafted by Graziano Prà - third-generation vine whisperer. They specialize in Soave whites from volcanic soils and Valpolicella reds from limestone, using native grapes like Garganega and Corvina. Their gentle, natural winemaking keeps the flavours fresh, mineral-rich, and perfectly balanced for lasting enjoyment.
