Why PRIMROSE? You will have to attend to find out. Experience something new in the La BOTTEGA kitchen with the PRIMROSE SUMMERTIME SESSION DINNERS. This special summer dinner celebrates the best of local talent, featuring two seatings with 20 guests, creative food and drinks, and fun conversation.
Chef Lewis Robinson has cooked, foraged and fermented his way through some of the world’s most prestigious kitchens and throughout Ottawa’s culinary landscape. Join him and Tristan Bragaglia-Murdock for a night of great food and drink in one of the city’s best kept secret restaurants.
Highlighting hyper seasonal and local fare, Lewis and Tristan are looking to showcase their favourite farms from the national capital region. An optional wine pairing for the multi course meal will be available day-of, as well as wines, cocktails and nonalcoholic options, all of which emphasize and reflect our passionate pursuits, love of nature, of flavour and of season.

Aged Mangalitsa Chop, buttermilk, green garlic, chanterelles
Green stem cauliflower, kohlrabi, pumpkin seeds

Black walnut, cherries, elderflower
$120 per person includes 3 course dinner, welcome snack, cocktail and gratuity.
Supplemental menu items will also be available. Wine and non-alcoholic drink pairings will be available for purchase during the evening.

Two two hour seatings are available, but space is very limited.
Due to the nature of the event, we cannot accommodate any dietary restrictions beyond dairy or gluten allergies (please let us know in your booking information).
