Join us for a special Dinner in Puglia with Chef Cristian Lepore, where the vibrant, sun-soaked flavours of Italy’s southern coast take center stage. Pugliese cuisine is all about exceptional ingredients - think exceptional extra virgin olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes, creamy burrata, orecchiette, wild greens, fresh seafood, and fragrant herbs.
This intimate experience is limited to just 16 guests, creating a warm, convivial atmosphere that feels like dining in a southern Italian home. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with expressive wines from Southern Italy, perfectly complementing the region’s honest, ingredient-driven cooking.
